· Must have 2 years’ experience
· Must have knowledge of general computer use, MS Excel, MS Word
· Should have some construction knowledge
· Be able to follow through with tasks
· Enter Requests for Information (RFI’s), for review of the Project Manager.
· Copy, file and distribute RFI’s as determined by Project Manager.
· Send memo to Construction Manager if it has been determined that the RFI will have cost, that pricing is forthcoming.
· Produce, send and input in Excel no cost RFI responses as determined by Project Manager.
· Enter RFI’s in pending change order log that have been determined to have cost by the Project Manager.
· Prepare cost proposals to review with Project Manager before sending to Client.
· Process and enter submittals in submittal log in document filing system
· Track and follow up with submittal approvals for Brady and Subcontractors in Viewpoint.
· Make copies of paperwork as determined by Project Manager and distribute.
· Prepare transmittal for Closeout Documents and give to Project Manager for approval.
· Deliver Closeout Documents to the Clients.
· Pre-planning with Subcontractors and Brady Company Project Manager. Document Brady Company meetings with Subcontractors. Distribute and file meeting minutes.
· Additional duties and tasks to support other Estimator/Project Managers as directed.
